Samsung SSD 990 EVO Guides and Manuals

Turn off your computer and disconnect it from the power source.
Remove the case panel to access the motherboard.
Look for the M.2 slot on the motherboard. If necessary, refer to your motherboard manual.
Gently insert the SSD into the M.2 slot at an angle.
Use the screw provided to secure the SSD in place.
Replace the case panel and reconnect all cables.

Turn on your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings (usually by pressing a key like F2, DEL, or ESC during startup).
Ensure the BIOS/UEFI detects the SSD. It should appear in the storage devices list.
If you plan to install your operating system on the SSD, set it as the primary boot device.
